| Description: | As the AtTask Director of Product Marketing, this role will be primarily responsible for developing a deep understanding of AtTask’s buyers combined with a thorough hands-on working knowledge of AtTask’s product and delivering differentiated positioning and messaging of AtTask’s products to the market.

| Duties: | • Develop and maintain comprehensive buyer personas for AtTask’s products with a deep understanding of how they buy and their buying criteria
• Develop a deep working knowledge of AtTask’s product and technologies including all new product releases and enhancements
• Deliver targeted, relevant and differentiated positioning and messaging of AtTask’s
products to the buyers, users and prospects of AtTask
• Manage, develop, and execute all new product introductions including the creation of all positioning, messaging, sales collateral and training.
• Develop and maintain expert qualitative competitive win/loss quarterly analysis and feedback process
• Deliver competitive positioning and differentiation for key competitors, including
• competitor de-positioning
• Design and deliver product based go-to-market competitive sales campaigns
• Serve as the product domain expert for communicating with industry analysts, and press
• Maintain all product positioning and messaging collateral and website content for all stages of the sales cycle
• Provide product innovation expertise from customer input, analysts and thought leaders |
| Qualifications: | • Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred
• 5-10 years experience in Product Marketing, including hands on technology and process skills, with a track record of increased responsibility and advancement
• Excellent track record of developing close working relationships with sales and positively impacting sales results on a global basis
• Ability to successfully position and message products and communicate this
positioning and the benefits in a way that is compelling to the target audience buyer
• Experience in marketing to both IT and lines of business
• Experience developing and implementing vertical and segment programs
• Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship building skills
• Experience working with analysts and press
• Knowledge of work management applications (PPM, Ideation, Collaboration, BPM, etc.) a plus
