| Description: | AtTask, Inc., the leading provider of project and portfolio management software, has an opening for an Accountant 1 to work in the Finance Department. The position will primarily have responsibility for processing New Sales, Coordinating quotes, basic collections, and general accounting tasks. This position will work directly with our financial and accounting management team. and Sales Representatives to help complete order and keep accurate records of sales and finances. This role requires a proactive and results oriented individual with the ability to work on assigned tasks, as well as to independently identify other value-add activities.

| Duties: | • Input New Sales, Upsells & Renewal Sales Processes & Tracking
• Reconcile CRM, Billing & Accounting Systems & Reports
• Assist with Admin of Quotes / Proposals, Approvals & Sales Policy Compliance
• Work with Client Services & Sales Engineers to Manage Accounts
• Data entry of all sales contracts and finances
• Business to business collections
• Interaction with customers
• Basic processing of credits cards and accounts receivable.

| Qualifications: | • Bachelors Degree, or equivalent years of experience in related field.
• 2+ years of accounting or finance experience required
• Excellent skills in Excel, Word, & PowerPoint required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate well
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and able to prioritize personal workload
• Detail oriented and self starter
