| Description: | AtTask, Inc., the leading provider of project and portfolio management software, has an opening for a Technical Consultant to work in the Client Services Department. The position will primarily have responsibility for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address ongoing training needs. The position will work directly with other departments throughout the Company, reporting to the Director of Client Services. The primary objective of the role is to help develop an outstanding client service department in an employee-oriented, high performance company culture that emphasizes superior quality, continuous improvement and productivity standards. This role requires a proactive and results oriented individual with the ability to work on assigned tasks, as well as independently identify other value-added activities. |
| Duties: | Maintain user community.
Provide phone, email, or chat support.
Troubleshoot installation, application and database issues.
Assist second tier support with troubleshooting issues.
Positive attitude, always willing to put the clients needs first.
Other duties as assigned.

| Qualifications: | Undergraduate degree in related field
1 year experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to communicate well with operations and technology.
Ability to work on multiple tasks and able to prioritize personal workload.
Database and/or programming skills a plus
